I am a designer and art director in New York City. During my career, I've worked on a wide variety of clients, with projects ranging from branding and identity design to interactive and digital experiences.
I’ve been captivated by illustration ever since I came across the French comic book series, Astérix, as a kid. It’s what ultimately led me to a career in design. I’m still drawn to learning and developing more tactile skills and like to see how they can be applied to my work and creative projects in general. There’s something very rewarding about ink-stained hands and paint stuck under your nails that the digital world hasn’t yet been able to replicate. More recently, I've been teaching myself hand lettering - you can check out my progress on Instagram.
The idea of something handmade is inherent in my approach to design and conveys a dedication to the craft and care given to my work. This, paired with a strong ability to collaborate and think strategically for brands, leads to something that’s not just handmade, but Hahnmade.
